All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.

This service ensures delivery directly to your provided address across South Africa.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier operations

  • External factors beyond our control


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier:

  • CalmCrown™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items

If you experience an issue, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.


10. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package may be returned or held by the courier.
Any re-delivery or re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed.


12. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within South Africa.
For international orders, delivery times and fees may vary.
